In the unlikely event you have a problem with your delivery or product please find below answers to one or more of the queries you may have:

Goods that have not been delivered

If your goods do not arrive on the specified date please contact us within 24 hours.

Incorrect goods delivered

A signature is required upon delivery. Please fully inspect your goods to ensure they are correct. In the event that you have received the incorrect goods, please ensure the problem is noted on the carrier’s paperwork and contact us within 24 hours.

Short-delivered goods

A signature is required upon delivery. Please fully inspect your goods to ensure they are correct. If you have not received the correct number of goods please ensure that this is noted on the carrier’s paperwork and contact us within 24 hours.

Damaged goods

A signature is required upon delivery. Please fully inspect your goods to ensure they are not visibly damaged. In the unlikely event that any of the goods are damaged please ensure this is noted on the carrier’s paperwork and contact us within 24hours.

A fault with the product prior to installation

Please inspect each board prior to fitting to check for anyfaults. Should you encounter any faulty boards please do not install them and contact us as soon as possible.

A fault with the product after installation

In the unlikely event your floor develops a fault after the floor has been laid please email us with the date the product was purchased, the product name and a detailed description of the fault. We will contact you to discuss in greater detail.

If the problem cannot be resolved we offer a fully independent inspection of your floor carried out by www.independent-inspections.co.uk They will inspect your floor and make a full report of its condition, the quality of installation and the reason for the fault. The cost of this service is £145.00 including VAT. You will need to pay this prior to the inspection taking place.

However should the inspection find the product is faulty we will fully reimburse you for the inspection and pay for any works recommended in the report.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
